Meet Our CEO.
Sebastian Silva has over 20 years of experience in sales and operations, he is a passionate individual who loves to develop new leaders. With no previous experience in the industry, he decided to leave a very successful career in corporate America to start Total Protection and today the Agency is gaining momentum and being recognized as one of the fastest-growing Agencies in Florida.
Sebastian is a follower of Jesus Christ, and together with his wife, Liliett Silva, they are raising three beautiful children, Sara, Daniel, and Abigail.
